The hazelnuts are harvested from select farms to create the most luxurious virgin hazelnut oil. Following family tradition the hazelnuts are lightly roasted and then cold-pressed. This oil is a treat in dressings, perfect in a humble cake or frangipane style tart and delectable when served with caviar, fine cheese and aged wines.
