This beautiful green, heady aroma can only come from Virgin Pistachio oil harvested from select pistachio farms. First, the nuts are lightly roasted and then cold-pressed following family tradition. It blends seamlessly with sweet vinegar, it’s wonderful when used to finish over pan fried chicken or salmon and mouth-watering when speckled over scallops.
